We met at work in 2023, and it didn’t take long for us (or anyone around us) to realize there was something pretty special going on. Sparks were flying right from the start, and before we knew it, we were finding any excuse to spend time together.For our first date, Jake pulled out all the stops — dinner at a cozy Italian restaurant and a surprise finale of Spumoni ice cream. (He had remembered Katie mentioning it was her favorite Christmas treat — smooth move, right?) That thoughtful touch sealed the deal.From that night on, it’s been laughter, adventures, and the kind of everyday magic you don’t take for granted. Life’s been absolute bliss ever since — and we can’t wait to celebrate the next chapter with all of you!

We have reserved a room block at the Holiday Inn Express under Gibilterra Chapman Wedding. We encourage you to book your room as soon as possible, as availability is limited. Please note that the cancellation policy allows for a full refund up to 72 hours prior to arrival. For guests staying at the Holiday Inn Express, we will be providing a shuttle bus to and from the venue on the day of the wedding. There are also local AirBNB options available nearby. Guests who choose not to stay at the hotel will be responsible for their own transportation on the wedding day. Parking will be available at the reception venue.

Transportation Options

For guests staying at the hotel, we will be providing a shuttle to and from the venue. A more detailed shuttle schedule will be shared as we get closer to the wedding date. If you prefer to drive, parking will be available at the venue. Please note that the ceremony and reception will take place in a gated community. To ensure smooth entry, we’ll need to provide security with a list of guest names, so please be sure to review the detailed entry instructions below. We kindly ask that you complete the Google Form below to let us know whether you plan to take the shuttle or drive yourself. If you do choose to drive, please keep in mind that Uber and ride-share options in the area are limited, so we recommend planning to have your own transportation for the return trip.

**If you plan to park, please read!**

If you plan to drive, please note there are two entrances into the community: the South Gate and the Main Gate. GPS and map apps often direct guests to the South Gate, but this entrance is for residents only. Please do not go down Cooper Road, even if your map directs you to do so. The South Gate is located off Cooper Road and you will be unable to enter from that location. To access the Main Gate, please follow these steps: 1. Take Exit 6.2. Turn onto MS-43.3. Continue past Cooper Road (do not turn here).4. You may either turn right onto Highland Parkway or continue straight on MS-43 until you reach Highway 11.5. Whether you take Highland Parkway or MS-43, turn right onto US-11.6. The entrance to the community will be on your right. Please see the photos below for added clarity.
