For guests staying at the hotel, we will be providing a shuttle to and from the venue. A more detailed shuttle schedule will be shared as we get closer to the wedding date.

If you prefer to drive, parking will be available at the venue. Please note that the ceremony and reception will take place in a gated community. To ensure smooth entry, we’ll need to provide security with a list of guest names, so please be sure to review the detailed entry instructions below.

We kindly ask that you complete the Google Form below to let us know whether you plan to take the shuttle or drive yourself.

If you do choose to drive, please keep in mind that Uber and ride-share options in the area are limited, so we recommend planning to have your own transportation for the return trip.

If you plan to drive, please note there are two entrances into the community: the South Gate and the Main Gate. GPS and map apps often direct guests to the South Gate, but this entrance is for residents only.

Please do not go down Cooper Road, even if your map directs you to do so. The South Gate is located off Cooper Road and you will be unable to enter from that location.

To access the Main Gate, please follow these steps:

1. Take Exit 6.

2. Turn onto MS-43.

3. Continue past Cooper Road (do not turn here).

4. You may either turn right onto Highland Parkway or continue straight on MS-43 until you reach Highway 11.

5. Whether you take Highland Parkway or MS-43, turn right onto US-11.

6. The entrance to the community will be on your right.
